Coach hire with driver

Summary

The tender concerns the hire of buses with drivers for transport within and outside the municipality of Nogent-sur-Seine. It is divided into two lots: the annual value for intra-municipal transport ranges from EUR 11,000 to EUR 45,000 excluding VAT, and the annual value for extra-municipal transport ranges from EUR 4,000 to EUR 40,000 excluding VAT. Bids will be evaluated on price (40 points), technical quality (30 points) and environmental performance (30 points). The technical assessment includes the company’s organisation and staffing, arrangements for replacing a vehicle or driver in case of breakdown or absence, and the size, age, renewal and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. The environmental assessment considers measures to reduce emissions, the vehicles used and the company’s environmental impact management. Bidders must provide references for similar work and the required approval or accreditation, turnover figures for the last three financial years, evidence of compliance with tax and social security obligations, and a supporting technical memorandum.
