Redevelopment of the Boëdriers road maintenance site

Summary

The procurement covers the redevelopment of the Boëdriers road maintenance site at 19 chemin de la Bintinais in Rennes. The works are divided into 12 separately awarded lots: asbestos removal; demolition, clearance and careful dismantling; general construction; timber and metal framing; metal roofing, cladding and metal shutters; aluminium external joinery and metalwork; partitions and suspended ceilings; internal joinery; flooring and painting; roads and utility networks; power and low-voltage systems with photovoltaic generation; and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Each lot will be awarded separately, and payment will be based on fixed prices. The planned duration is 21 months, including a 60-day preparation period; summer and year-end holiday periods are excluded. Bidders must provide the required legal, financial and technical capacity evidence; a separate certification requirement applies to asbestos removal in Lot 1.
