Collection and treatment of household hazardous waste at dedicated reception sites and through a mobile service
Summary
The Eurometropolis of Strasbourg is procuring collection and treatment services for household hazardous waste in four lots: reception sites in the northern, southern and western areas, and a mobile service. The work involves receiving and treating the waste. The contract is a framework agreement implemented through purchase orders at unit prices. It is planned to start on 1 January 2027, or on a later notification date, and has an initial term of 12 months. The combined minimum amount for all lots over the contract term is EUR 960,000 excluding VAT; the estimated total value, including renewals and options, is EUR 2,120,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 10 November 2026 and remain valid for five months. Bidders must provide evidence of civil liability insurance, turnover information for the last three available financial years, and references for relevant services performed during the last three years. Offers must comply with the social and environmental conditions set out in the tender documents. Evaluation considers price, technical quality, organisation and environmental performance; for lots 1–3, the qualifications and experience of staff assigned to the contract are also assessed.
