Insurance contracts for the Municipality of Château-Thierry

Summary

The Municipality of Château-Thierry is procuring insurance contracts in six separate lots: property damage and related risks; civil liability; motor vehicles; legal expenses for the municipality; legal protection for public officials and elected representatives; and all-risks cover for museum exhibitions. A bidder may tender for one or more lots, submitting a separate offer for each; each lot may be awarded separately, and a bidder may win several lots. For the motor-vehicle insurance lot, optional supplementary services may also be offered: business-mission vehicle cover and machinery-breakdown cover. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and runs for up to four years, with an expected end date of 31 December 2030. The tender submission deadline is 16 November 2026 at 12:00, and tenders remain valid for six months. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the buyer profile and written in French; variants are not permitted. Evaluation uses weighted criteria that vary by lot, including technical merit, price and, for some lots, technical prevention and advisory support; corporate social responsibility is assessed for every lot. Bidders must provide evidence of their eligibility to conduct insurance business and their intermediary status, turnover figures for up to the three latest available years, staffing and management figures for the last three years, qualification and certification evidence, and the insurance proposal documents required for each lot tendered.
