Design services for the extension of the TRIVALFER bottom-ash processing facility

Summary

The contract is for design and works-management services for the extension of the TRIVALFER bottom-ash maturation and processing facility in Reims. The work includes assessing existing conditions, preparing preliminary and detailed designs and building-permit documents, supporting procurement and construction management, supervising the works, and assisting with acceptance. Additional services include examining the installation of solar panels, assessing energy use in the staff facilities, updating lightning-protection documents, and supporting energy resale arrangements and updates to the facility’s regulatory documentation. The estimated construction budget is EUR 4,100,000 excluding VAT, and the service period is 30 months. The design team must collectively provide the required engineering, construction, industrial-process, waste and installation-safety, and architectural expertise. Bidders must submit turnover information for the last three available financial years and relevant references; a site visit is also mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 9 November 2026 at 17:00. Bids are evaluated on technical quality (45 points), schedule (10), environmental measures (5) and price (40).
