Rehabilitation and extension of the Flêtre presbytery

Summary

The tender concerns the rehabilitation and extension of the presbytery building in Flêtre to provide accommodation for cycling tourists and a multipurpose facility. The works are scheduled to take 8 months and are divided into lots covering demolition and asbestos removal, general construction, timber structures, roofing and waterproofing, façade cladding, external and internal joinery, plumbing and heating, ventilation and cooling, electrical works, plastering and insulation, floor finishes and tiling, painting, and external works and landscaping. A site visit is mandatory for lots 1–4, 7–9 and 13. The award criteria are specified in the tender documents.
