Implementation, support and monitoring of composting deployment

Summary

The procurement covers the technical implementation and monitoring of composting in the Rumilly Terre de Savoie area, together with public awareness activities and workshops. It is divided into two lots: (1) technical implementation and monitoring of composting, with a maximum order value of EUR 310,000 excluding VAT for the initial 24-month period and EUR 135,000 for each of the two 12-month extensions; and (2) composting awareness activities and workshops, with corresponding caps of EUR 30,000 and EUR 15,000. The framework agreement may run for up to 48 months, including extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 10 November 2026.
