Maintenance, upkeep and replacement of playgrounds in La Celle Saint-Cloud

Summary

The tender concerns the upkeep, preventive and corrective maintenance, and, where necessary, replacement of outdoor playground equipment throughout the municipality of La Celle Saint-Cloud. The work includes inspecting and maintaining play structures and surrounding areas, repairing impact-absorbing surfaces, and replenishing wood chips. Preventive maintenance and inspections must be carried out quarterly, four times a year; a more detailed annual safety inspection and HIC test must also be arranged. Urgent interventions to restore safety must be attended within 24 hours. This is a single-supplier framework agreement, partly paid at a fixed price and partly through orders. It has an initial term of one year, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total of four years; the annual value ranges from €0 to €10,000 excluding VAT. The submission deadline is 16 November 2026 at 12:00. Tenders are evaluated on price (40 points), technical merit (50 points) and environmental measures (10 points). At least QUALISPORT or an equivalent qualification is required, and a site visit is mandatory.
