Summary

The tender concerns construction works to extend GIP ARRONAX’s existing site in Saint-Herblain. The project is divided into ten lots: earthworks, roads and infrastructure, landscaping and fencing; general construction; timber structures and metalwork; cladding, roofing and waterproofing; external aluminium windows and doors; plastering, suspended ceilings and internal doors; painting and hard and soft floor coverings; high- and low-voltage electrical installations; heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and special gases; and laboratory furniture. Bids may be submitted for one or more selected lots. Variants are not permitted. The works are scheduled to last 12 months, with a planned start date of 1 January 2027. The deadline for bids is 4 November 2026 at 12:00. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Nantes Métropole and the Pays de la Loire Region.
