Maintenance, major repair and improvement works for municipal buildings

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance, major repairs and improvement works for the municipal buildings of Six-Fours-les-Plages and the municipality’s social action centre (CCAS). It is divided into two lots: masonry works and plumbing works. For each lot, a framework agreement will be awarded to up to three contractors, with work ordered as needed through purchase orders or separate contracts. The initial term is 2027, with three possible one-year extensions, up to 31 December 2030. The annual maximum, excluding VAT, is €900,000 for the town and €100,000 for the CCAS for masonry, and €600,000 for the town and €50,000 for the CCAS for plumbing. Both lots include a mandatory social inclusion clause requiring employment through economic activity, and variants are not permitted. The award criteria are technical merit (50%), environmental performance (10%) and price (40%). Tenderers must provide the required information on turnover, staffing, equipment and previous works, and evidence of the professional qualifications required for the relevant lot.
