Outdoor works and structure reinforcement for the City of Toulon

Summary

The City of Toulon is seeking a two-year framework agreement divided into two lots for construction works. Lot 1 covers new works and the creation of outdoor facilities, such as school and nursery playgrounds and outdoor sports facilities, excluding sports grounds. Lot 2 covers the strengthening and rehabilitation of structures, including urban cliffs, retaining walls, masonry structures, other structures and safety works. Each lot will have a framework agreement with up to four contractors, with work commissioned as needed through subsequent contracts. The financial range for Lot 1 is EUR 1,000,000 to EUR 10,000,000 excluding VAT; for Lot 2, it is EUR 500,000 to EUR 5,000,000 excluding VAT. Tenders will be assessed on technical merit (50 points), price (40 points) and environmental performance (10 points). Bidders must provide information on experience, turnover, workforce, tools and technical equipment; requirements differ by lot. Tenders must be submitted electronically.
