Cleaning ventilation outlets and air ducts at GHT 49 facilities

Summary

CHU d’Angers is seeking a provider to clean ventilation outlets and air ducts at hospitals and other healthcare facilities belonging to GHT 49. This is a single, unpartitioned services framework agreement implemented through orders, with no minimum quantity or value. The maximum value for the initial period is €74,000 excluding VAT; the contract may include one renewal period with the same maximum value of €74,000 excluding VAT. The bid must include a unit-price schedule, a technical proposal covering staff and technician qualifications, equipment, working methods and service organisation, and information on environmental measures. Bids are evaluated on technical quality (50%), price (40%) and environmental performance (10%). Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 12 November 2026 at 12:00.
