Coordination of conservation action plans for protected species in Corsica

Summary

The tender covers a six-lot service to coordinate and implement national action plans for biodiversity conservation in Corsica. The plans concern Hermann’s tortoise; Anchusa crispa and five endemic Corsican sea-lavenders; bats; serpentine flora; the bearded vulture and mouflon; and the red kite and shrikes. Evaluation weights are technical quality 60%, price 30%, and environmental measures 10%; the environmental section should describe, preferably with figures, travel-reduction measures, preferred transport and support for staff travel.
