Green space maintenance and bulky waste collection

Summary

Annemasse is procuring services in two lots: Lot 1 covers green space maintenance and bulky waste collection through a social-integration organisation; Lot 2 covers green space maintenance by a conventional company. The contract is a framework agreement implemented through purchase orders, with a maximum value of EUR 50,000 excluding VAT per period for each lot. The initial term runs until 31 December 2027, with up to three express renewals of 12 months each, and an overall end date no later than 31 December 2030. A site visit is mandatory for every lot. For Lot 1, the award criteria are technical merit (40%), social and professional inclusion performance (20%), and price (40%). For Lot 2, technical merit and price each account for 50%. Electronic invoicing is required.
