Technical, legal and financial advisory services for the expiry of delegated operations at 14 metropolitan car parks

Summary

The procurement covers technical, legal and financial advisory services relating to the expiry, in 2028/2029, of the delegated operation of 14 metropolitan car parks. It is divided into three lots: technical assistance, legal assistance and financial assistance. Each lot has a 48-month term. Tenderers may bid for up to all three lots, and one tenderer may be awarded all three. The estimated total values for the full contract term, excluding VAT, are EUR 188,976 for technical assistance, EUR 153,262 for legal assistance and EUR 135,549.98 for financial assistance. The minimum and maximum amounts for the unit-priced work in each lot are EUR 8,000–27,200, EUR 3,000–12,000 and EUR 10,000–28,800, respectively, excluding VAT. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%), technical merit (35%) and environmental merit (5%). Technical merit covers the suitability of the human resources provided (70%) and the relevance of the proposed organisation and methodology (30%); the environmental criterion concerns measures to reduce the environmental impact of the services.
