Renovation of tennis courts 3 and 4 at Champs-Élysées

Summary

The procurement covers renovation of tennis courts 3 and 4 at Champs-Élysées in Saint-Quentin, divided into four separate lots: roads, external networks and related external works; fencing; electrical works; and synthetic needle-punched carpet surfacing. A separate contract will be awarded for each lot, and the works will be paid at fixed prices. The works are scheduled to last three months. Bidders must make a mandatory site visit, submit the required declaration concerning exclusion grounds, and demonstrate their financial, technical and professional capacity. Offers will be evaluated on technical value (40%), environmental value (10%) and price (50%).
