Wood, PVC and aluminium joinery works in buildings of the Municipality of Antibes and its public bodies (Lots 7–9)

Summary

The procurement covers woodworking, PVC and aluminium joinery works in buildings belonging to the Municipality of Antibes, its communal social action centre, and its tourism and congress office: wooden joinery (Lot 7), PVC joinery and blinds (Lot 8), and aluminium joinery (Lot 9). These are framework agreements based on orders, with one economic operator per lot. Each lot is initially scheduled to run from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed one year at a time up to three times, but not beyond 31 December 2030. The maximum value is EUR 1.2 million per lot and EUR 3.6 million across all lots. Bidders must provide the relevant QUALIBAT qualification and quality certificates for the lot concerned. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14:00 on 9 November 2026. Evaluation weights are 50% for technical merit, 45% for price and 5% for environmental performance.
