Cleaning, waste management, pest control and disinfection at the Organdi building

Summary

The tender covers cleaning the common areas and glazing, waste management, and rodent and insect control and disinfection at the Organdi building at 1, esplanade Miriam Makeba, Villeurbanne. The building has 14,405 m² of floor space, comprising offices and other areas across two building sections. This is a single-operator framework agreement with no minimum volume and a maximum value of EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT over its full term; some services will be ordered as needed.
