Maintenance of green spaces on the estates of Troyes Aube Habitat and SIABA

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of the green spaces and surrounding areas at the housing estates of Troyes Aube Habitat and SIABA in the Aube department. The services include lawn mowing, controlled mowing, hedge, shrub, planting-bed and tree care, maintenance of wooded areas and riverbanks, weed control, and collection of leaves and litter. Phytosanitary products are prohibited; tree felling and major tree work are outside the core service. The procurement is divided into 19 geographical lots. A bidder may tender for all lots but may be awarded no more than 7. A bidder applying for more than 7 lots must provide a priority ranking of up to 7 lots. The framework agreement is generally for one year, with up to three extensions for the lots where extensions are provided; lot 19 may be awarded to up to three contractors. The maximum framework amounts for the lots range from EUR 50,000 to EUR 200,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 18:00. Annual work orders set the service frequency: lawn care 4–11 times per year, controlled mowing 2–5 times, hedge, shrub, planting-bed and tree care 1–3 times, and maintenance of wooded areas, riverbanks or land reserves 1–4 times. The contractor must schedule the work, provide the necessary staff and equipment, remove waste, and ensure the required results and clean work areas. The tender must include the required technical and environmental statement and a declaration concerning exclusion grounds.
