Supply of IT equipment, spare parts and related services

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of computers, spare parts and related services for the Gironde departmental fire and rescue service. The goods include desktop and laptop computers, monitors, tablets and other computer accessories. Related services include creating and installing computer software images (masters), warranty repairs, and collecting old equipment with secure hard-drive data erasure. Equipment must meet the technical specifications, including the Windows 11 Pro requirement, and must include at least a three-year on-site warranty. Delivery is due within 30 calendar days of dispatch of a purchase order. This is a single-lot framework agreement with no minimum purchase commitment and a maximum value of EUR 350,000 excluding VAT per period. Candidates must submit a DC1 form or the European Single Procurement Document, and the bid must include a unit-price schedule, technical response, technical memorandum and priced estimated-quantity schedule. The evaluation gives 60 points to price, 35 to technical quality and 5 to environmental performance.
