Construction, extension and rehabilitation works for the Ville-d’Avray conservatory

Summary

The procurement covers construction, extension and rehabilitation works for the Ville-d’Avray conservatory, divided into nine works lots: (1) building envelope and structural works, (2) electrical works and fire safety systems, (3) heating, ventilation, smoke extraction, plumbing and sanitary installations, (4) lifts, (5) interior finishing, (6) stage equipment and audiovisual systems, (7) telescopic seating and auditorium seats, (8) landscaping, and (9) external works and roads. Each lot will be awarded to a single contractor at a lump-sum price. Lot 8 includes a firm phase and two optional phases, including the transplantation of two trees. Candidates are assessed on professional capacity and human and material resources over the last 3 years, technical references and qualifications over the last 5 years, and the amount and trend of turnover over the last 3 years. A site visit is mandatory for lots 1, 8 and 9 and optional for the other lots; a sample is required for lot 7. Variants are mandatory for lots 1 and 3 and prohibited for the other lots. Technical merit is worth 55 points for lots 1 and 5 and 60 points for the other lots; price is worth 40 points. Lots 1 and 5 also award 5 points for social-integration measures.
