Maintenance and Inspection

Summary

SEROC is seeking services in six lots in the Calvados area: inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire hose reels (RIA) and emergency lighting units (BAES); inspection and maintenance of the smoke extraction system; replacement of fire detection systems at two sites and inspection and maintenance of the systems; inspection of electrical installations; inspection of sprinkler systems; and inspection and maintenance of industrial and commercial doors and gates, including rising barriers. The contract duration is 60 months. Bids must price the relevant services using the fixed-price and unit-price schedules required by the tender documents. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 12:00. For Lot 3, a site visit is strongly encouraged; visits are scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 14:00 and 15 October 2026 at 09:30 at the transfer units in Bayeux and Maisoncelles Pelvey.
