Road, utility, public lighting and landscaping works for the RD199 East development
Summary
The tender covers infrastructure works around the RD199 East development area and plots RD3-5-10 in Champs-sur-Marne. It is divided into three lots: (1) roads and utility networks; (2) public lighting and traffic signals; and (3) green spaces and planting. The works include a new access road for future plots and reconstruction of the RD199 section between the Champs town-centre exit and the modified junction with the western RD199. Lot 1 includes, among other things, construction or renewal of roads and footways, excavation and earthworks, stormwater and wastewater networks, water supply, electrical, lighting and telecommunications ducts, surfacing, kerbs, traffic management and street furniture. Bidders may tender for one or more lots and may be awarded all three. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 4 November 2026. The estimated overall works period is 28 months: phase 1 lasts 20 months, including a 2-month preparation period; phase 2 lasts 5 months; and phase 3 lasts 3 months. The estimated duration of each lot is 60 months. The contractor must, among other things, plan measures to reduce environmental impacts, track actual material and waste quantities, and use water responsibly.
