Production and delivery of professional photographic reports

Summary

The Alpes-de-Haute-Provence Department is procuring the production and delivery of professional photographic reports to cover departmental events, activities and institutional occasions, as well as official visits by the Department President and councillors. The contract is divided into two geographic lots: Lot A covers the Manosque, Valensole, Oraison, Château-Arnoux Saint-Auban, Forcalquier and Reillanne areas; Lot B covers the Digne-les-Bains, Sisteron, Seyne, Riez, Castellane and Barcelonnette areas. The estimated maximum value is EUR 80,000 per lot, or EUR 160,000 in total. This is a framework agreement fulfilled through purchase orders; up to two economic operators may be appointed for each lot. The initial term is one year, with three possible one-year renewals, for a maximum duration of four years. Tenders will be evaluated on technical merit (40%), environmental performance (10%) and price (50%). The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 12:00.
