Management of ENTPE Sports Facilities

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of the ENTPE swimming pool and supervision of swimmers and the school’s sports facilities in Vaulx-en-Velin. The work includes daily cleaning of the pool and surrounding areas, supervision of pool users, opening and closing the sports complex, and checking gym users. In 2027, supervision and maintenance are generally scheduled on weekdays from 19:00 to 23:30, approximately 1,000 hours per year. Swimming-class supervision is 15 hours per week from September to June, approximately 550 hours in 2027. Work volumes may change in later years, and additional services may be ordered separately. This is a 48-month, single-supplier framework agreement with a maximum order value of €300,000 excluding VAT. It is scheduled to start on 4 January 2027 and run until 3 January 2031. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026 at 12:30. A site visit is mandatory, unless the buyer accepts other evidence demonstrating adequate knowledge of the site. The bidder must provide the requested turnover, staffing and past-service information and propose a team of two alternating attendants and one substitute. Pool attendants must hold at least the BNSSA water safety and rescue certificate. The evaluation weights are price 50%, technical quality 40% and environmental performance 10%. During contract performance, the contractor must carry out one of the social-inclusion activities specified in the tender documents.
