Summary
SEM Bretagne Armor Pêche is procuring electricity for all its delivery points in Brittany, together with associated services, including management of network delivery under the single contract regime. The contract runs for one year, from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Estimated annual consumption is approximately 2.8 GWh, with a maximum quantity of 4 GWh per year; there is one lot and no minimum quantity. The bidder must be authorised to supply electricity and have a GRD-F contract with Enedis. The bid must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 4 November 2026 at 12:00. Required documents include an application letter, the required declarations and evidence of signatory authority, a signed commitment form, a technical memorandum based on the supplied template, a fully completed unit-price schedule and an estimated-quantity schedule. Prices are required for segments C2, C4 and C5, with electricity and energy savings certificate (CEE) prices shown separately. Electricity supply prices must remain fixed throughout the contract. The supplier must handle network-delivery arrangements for the delivery points, assist the customer in dealing with the network operator, and make billing and consumption information available. Bids are evaluated on price (85 points) and quality (15 points); quality scoring depends on any variant and the associated services offered.
