Supply of event, sound and lighting equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of event equipment (Lot 1) and sound and lighting equipment (Lot 2) for the City of Herblay-sur-Seine. Lot 1’s indicative list includes folding chairs and tables, trolleys, shelters, screens, stage platforms, display grids and floor-protection mats; Lot 2 covers sound and lighting equipment. The detailed products and technical characteristics are set out in the price schedules and technical specification. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement under which goods are ordered according to the City’s needs. There is no minimum amount for either lot; the maximum over the full contract term is EUR 250,000 excluding VAT per lot, and this ceiling does not guarantee any order volume. The contract runs for one year and may be renewed three times for one year each, up to four years in total. Bidders must provide a technical submission, pricing and an account of their environmental approach. Offers are evaluated on price (40%), delivery arrangements and timescales and after-sales service (30%), product quality and range (20%), and environmental approach (10%). Alternative offers are not permitted and subcontracting is prohibited. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 6 November 2026 at 12:30. Bidders may submit offers for both lots, but may not make an offer conditional on how many lots they are awarded.
