Cleaning services for community facilities

Summary

The tender covers cleaning community facilities across CACEM’s territory: Lot 1 concerns bus stops and shelters, while Lot 2 covers voluntary waste drop-off points, bin shelters and similar facilities. Services are to be provided in Schœlcher, Fort-de-France, Le Lamentin and Saint-Joseph. This is a framework agreement for up to 48 months, divided into two lots; bidders may submit for both lots and may be awarded both. The four-year minimum and maximum values are €950,000 and €1,700,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1, and €1,200,000 and €2,100,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Bidders must submit the required financial simulation and detailed price breakdown; the Lot 2 document states that omitting or altering the simulation makes the bid inadmissible.
