Procurement of event equipment

Summary

Calais is procuring equipment for public events through a four-year, four-lot framework agreement with orders. The annual maximum is €100,000 for assorted event equipment, €50,000 for safety barriers, €25,000 for folding tents, and €15,000 for commemorative flagpoles and election equipment; the annual minimum order value for each lot is €0. Illustrative items include tables, chairs, staging, flooring, barriers, mesh panels, flagpoles, voting booths and election materials. Deliveries are to the municipal technical centre in Calais. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 17:00. Tenderers must complete the price schedules and provide a technical submission covering products, warranties, management of quotations and orders, and delivery times. Assessment also considers equipment durability, materials, recyclability, packaging and transport. Offers are scored on price (45%), technical merit (45%) and environmental performance (10%). Applicants must submit the application and tender documents and evidence of their capacity. A tender may cover up to all four lots; bidder-proposed variants are not permitted.
