Supply of road and non-road fuel for vehicles operated by Pra-Loup, Val d’Allos, Seignus and Ubaye Ski

Summary

The contract is a single-supplier framework agreement for bulk tanker deliveries of road and non-road fuel for the vehicles and machinery of the Pra-Loup, Val d’Allos, Seignus and Ubaye Ski operating bodies. The products include premium diesel, premium non-road diesel and unleaded 95-octane petrol. Deliveries will be made against orders to multiple sites, some with challenging mountain access, including an altitude tank reached by a 4×4 track and a steep approach to the Seignus lift arrival station. The framework runs for an initial year and may be renewed twice for one year each, for a maximum duration of three years. The maximum order value is EUR 1,100,000 excluding VAT for each annual contract period. Prices are unit prices: the supplier’s price list in force on the order date is reduced by the fixed discount stated in the offer. The proposed delivery time may not exceed three days. Non-road diesel must be suitable for winter use and outdoor storage at temperatures down to -20°C to -25°C; winter-grade fuel must be available from October, and diesel ordered between 1 November and 31 March must be supplied in a winter grade suited to local conditions. The offer must include the price schedules, technical fuel data, a description of vehicles and logistics suitable for mountain deliveries, the proposed delivery time and an environmental statement. Evaluation weights are 50% for price, 30% for technical quality, 10% for delivery time and 10% for environmental performance. Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 3 November 2026 at 12:00.
