Printing, signage and large-format printing services

Summary

Campus Condorcet is seeking printing and related services on an order-by-order basis, primarily offset and digital printing. Smaller volumes may also include reprographic services, signage, screen printing and large-format printing. The sample and pricing schedules show that the work may include brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers, invitation and greeting cards, envelopes, stickers, banners and display stands. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum volume and a maximum value of EUR 300,000 excluding VAT for the full term, including extensions. The agreement starts on 25 January 2027, runs for two years and may be extended twice for one year each, for a total term of up to four years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 12:00. Submissions must include pricing documents, a technical response and proposed delivery times, as well as samples: one activity report, one flyer, one magazine or newspaper, and one greeting card. The samples must also reach the buyer by the deadline; late delivery automatically disqualifies the bid. Proposed delivery times must be no less favourable to the buyer than the stated requirements. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and technical quality for 60%; technical quality covers equipment and technical resources (15%), staffing and organisation (15%), delivery times (10%), samples (10%) and environmental quality (10%). Bidders must demonstrate the required economic, technical and professional capacity and submit the requested documents.
