Maintenance works at Necker, Cochin and GHU hospitals, 2027–2031, 7 lots

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance works at the hospitals of GHU AP-HP Centre Université Paris Cité, divided into seven lots: electrical works at Necker Hospital; suspended-ceiling works; roads and utility networks at Cochin Hospital; electrical works at Cochin Hospital; plumbing, heating, ventilation and smoke-extraction works; blinds and roller shutters; and asbestos removal at the GHU hospitals. The estimated total value is EUR 17.1 million. The contract initially runs for 24 months and may be renewed twice for 12 months each, for a maximum duration of 48 months. Bids must be submitted electronically and electronically signed by 4 November 2026 at 12:00. Variants are not permitted, and no bid guarantee is required. Bids will be assessed on financial value (11 points), technical value (7 points), and environmental and sustainability performance (2 points).
