Supplies for the maintenance of municipal buildings and public lighting

Summary

The Municipality of Wattrelos is procuring, in four lots, locksmithing, plumbing and carpentry supplies for municipal building maintenance, as well as materials and equipment for public lighting. The supplier will handle and track orders, deliver goods to the sites, provide warranty coverage and after-sales service, including delivery tracking, exchanges, returns and the handling of issues. This is a 48-month framework agreement with three possible renewals. The total framework ceiling is EUR 2,000,000: the ceiling for each of the first three lots is EUR 400,000, and the ceiling for the fourth lot is EUR 800,000. Bids must be submitted electronically. Evaluation gives 60% to price, 25% to service arrangements and 15% to sustainability.
