Treatment and handling of sludge from wastewater treatment plants in the Dreux area

Summary

The tender concerns the treatment and handling of sludge from wastewater treatment plants in the Dreux area. It is divided into two lots: sludge from the Brezolles and Tremblay-Les-Villages plants must be dewatered on site, analysed and transported to a composting platform; sludge from the Saint-Remy-sur-Avre plant must likewise be dewatered on site, analysed and transported, then sent for composting or land spreading with agronomic monitoring. Each framework agreement is scheduled to start on 17 February 2027, run for one year and be renewable three times for one year each, up to a maximum of 48 months. There is no minimum annual order volume; the annual maximum is EUR 160,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 100,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The submission deadline is 16 November 2026 at 12:00. Offers must be submitted electronically and remain valid for six months; variants are not allowed. A bidder may submit an offer for up to both lots.
