Insurance services for the Terre d’Auge community of municipalities

Summary

The procurement covers insurance services for the Terre d’Auge community of municipalities, divided into six lots: property insurance; liability insurance; motor vehicle insurance; legal expenses insurance for the local authority; functional protection insurance for public officials and elected representatives; and statutory benefits insurance. The contracts start on 1 January 2027 and run for 60 months. Lot 2 includes a possible additional service for environmental damage cover, and Lot 6 includes an option for long-term illness cover. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 6 November 2026. Bids must remain valid for 180 days, and variants are not permitted. A bidder may submit bids for up to six lots and may be awarded up to six lots. Depending on the lot, evaluation is based on price (45%), technical merit (40–50%, or 30% for Lot 6), technical support or prevention (10% for Lots 1–3 and 20% for Lot 6), and corporate social responsibility (5%). For Lots 4 and 5, the weights are price 45%, technical merit 50% and corporate social responsibility 5%. Invoices must be submitted electronically.
