Mowing and vegetation-management services in VNF’s Nord–Pas-de-Calais area

Summary

VNF is procuring mowing and vegetation-management services across waterways in the Nord–Pas-de-Calais area in three lots: Deûle-Scarpe, Escaut-Saint-Quentin and Flandres-Lys. The work includes mowing with or without removal of cuttings, mowing invasive alien species and removing the cuttings, creating ecological refuge areas, manual brush cutting, levelling road verges and sweeping service roads. A single-operator framework agreement based on orders will be awarded for each lot, for a maximum term of 4 years including extensions. The lot ceilings are EUR 480,000, EUR 460,000 and EUR 500,000 respectively; the total framework ceiling is EUR 1,440,000. Bidders must provide the requested qualification information, including turnover, staffing, references and available equipment for the last three years, as well as QualiPaysage E150 and E151 certifications or equivalent evidence. The bid must include the signed contract undertaking and annexes, the unit-price schedule, and technical and environmental memoranda. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros; variants are not permitted. The submission deadline is 4 November 2026 at 12:00, and bids must remain valid for 180 days. Bids will be evaluated on price (65%), technical merit (25%) and environmental merit (10%).
