Maintenance of electrical installations

Summary

The contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations at healthcare facilities in the Normandy Centre group from 2027 to 2029. The four lots cover Schneider equipment at six healthcare facilities, Siemens and Moeller equipment at Caen Normandy University Hospital, and ABB equipment at Aunay-Bayeux Hospital. Tenderers must hold the stated valid electrical authorisations; depending on the lot and work site, evidence of asbestos competence and medical fitness is also required. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 6 November 2026; variants are not permitted. Evaluation uses price and technical quality for some lots, while environmental impact is also assessed for the ABB equipment lot.
