Minor building works for Aix-Marseille University

Summary

The tender covers minor building works at Aix-Marseille University across seven lots: plumbing, sanitary installations and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning; roofing and waterproofing; external joinery; painting, partitions, insulation, ceilings, floor coverings and internal joinery; metalwork and locksmith work; demolition, masonry and tiling; and electrical work, including low- and high-voltage systems. The works will be carried out at university sites in the Bouches-du-Rhône, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Hautes-Alpes departments. Each lot is a separate contract, and bidders may participate in up to all seven lots. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement under which work orders will be issued as needed. Up to three framework suppliers will be selected for each lot, and orders will be allocated using a cascading sequence. The value of works under an individual order in each lot must be less than EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. The initial contract term is 24 months, with possible 12-month renewals up to a maximum total duration of 48 months. A social-inclusion condition applies during contract performance. Tenders will be assessed on technical merit (40 points), price (50 points) and environmental measures for waste management (10 points). Technical merit covers the team’s composition and organisation, arrangements for handling multiple simultaneous orders, and safety measures.
