Receipt and recovery of plaster waste

Summary

The contract covers the receipt and material recovery of plaster waste and related materials collected at waste collection centres in the Grand Reims urban area. It is a four-year framework agreement with one operator, with no minimum volume and a total financial ceiling of EUR 1,200,000 excluding VAT. Services will be ordered through purchase orders, and quotations may also be requested for specific orders. The bid must describe the proposed reception and recovery sites, their current permits and weighbridge inspections, opening hours, service-continuity arrangements, waste acceptance criteria and handling of non-compliant waste. The bidder must state and commit to an expected recovery rate and complete the mileage analysis. Evaluation assigns 35 points to technical quality, 10 to environmental performance and 55 to price. Applicants must provide turnover information for the last three years, a list of relevant services and a declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 4 November 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for five months. Variants are not permitted.
