Waste management and pumping services in three lots

Summary

The procurement comprises three lots for the support group at Cazaux and the 17th Artillery Regiment: providing waste containers, collecting, transporting and treating waste, as well as separate pumping and cleaning services. Lot 1 covers non-hazardous waste, bio-waste and cooking oils; lot 2 covers hazardous waste; lot 3 covers cleaning an oil separator and pumping out tanks for used oil and weapons degreasing. The annual maximum amounts are EUR 281,200, EUR 37,500 and EUR 12,500 respectively. The contract is planned to start on 1 April 2027, run for 12 months and be renewable up to three times. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 4 November 2026. A site visit is mandatory, and variant bids are not permitted. Price and quality will be evaluated under the terms set out in the tender documents.
