Maintenance of heating, air-treatment, domestic hot-water and cooling systems, and arrangement of gas-energy supply

Summary

The tender concerns technical maintenance of the heating, air-treatment, domestic hot-water production and cooling systems (P2–P3) in buildings owned by the Municipality of Monistrol-sur-Loire, as well as the arrangement of gas-energy supply (P1). The service must support energy savings and a commitment to agreed energy consumption; the notice refers to natural gas and wood consumption. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, or on the later notification date if applicable, and initially lasts one year. It may be renewed automatically four times, but may not run beyond 31 December 2031, for a maximum total duration of five years. The submission deadline is 6 November 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation weights are 50% for technical quality, 10% for environmental performance and 40% for price. Site visits are recommended but not mandatory; they are scheduled for 12 and 15 October 2026 at 07:30 at the municipal technical centre.
