Public space works for the ITDT development zone, Phase 1 (2 lots)

Summary

The tender covers Phase 1 of the development of public spaces in the ITDT development zone in Tournon-sur-Rhône, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers roads and utility networks, while Lot 2 covers landscaping and irrigation. A bid for Lot 1 must also cover both mandatory additional works: a bicycle shelter with bicycle stands and a bicycle storage facility. Street lighting and the project's low- and high-voltage supply, including trenching, are outside the scope. Both lots include environmental and social contract performance conditions: compliance with the green construction site charter and appointment of a person responsible for it, as well as implementation of a social clause promoting employment for people distant from the labour market. The preparation period is 2 months and the construction period is 11 months; under Lot 1, the bus hub and Labeaume path must be delivered before 31 August 2027. Under Lot 2, landscaping follow-up and maintenance continue for 2 years after acceptance of the works. The submission deadline is 9 November 2026 at 12:00. Technical quality accounts for 60% of the evaluation and price for 40%.
