Routine building maintenance and repair works

Summary

The tender covers routine maintenance, repair and renovation works at M TAG buildings in the Grenoble metropolitan area. It is divided into five lots: (1) plumbing and heating repairs and maintenance; (2) plumbing and heating renovation and compliance works; (3) repairs to roofs and rainwater drainage systems; (4) metalwork and the repair and supply of metal joinery; and (5) interior renovation and refurbishment. The framework agreement has an initial term of one year from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed four times for one year each, for a maximum total term of five years. The annual ceilings, excluding VAT, are €60,000, €70,000, €140,000, €180,000 and €480,000 for Lots 1–5 respectively. Lots 1, 2 and 5 will have multiple framework contractors; Lots 3 and 4 will each have one. Bids are evaluated on price (40%), technical solution and work organisation (30%), completion times (20%), and sustainability and social inclusion (10%). For subsequent competitions under Lots 2 and 5, price accounts for 60% and response times and scheduling for 40%. Bidders must provide qualification evidence, references for similar works, staffing and management-headcount information, a description of technical resources, and evidence of professional qualifications. The bid must include proof of attendance at the mandatory site visit, scheduled for 30 October at 9:30. A social-inclusion condition is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros. The submission deadline is 20 November 2026 at 12:00.
