Statutory Benefits Insurance for the Municipality of Maule

Summary

The Municipality of Maule is procuring a single insurance contract covering statutory benefits for employees affiliated with the CNRACL system, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Cover includes death, workplace accidents and service-related illnesses, ordinary and long-term illness, and maternity, adoption and paternity leave; therapeutic part-time work is also covered. Tenderers must submit both the base solution, which indemnifies daily benefits at 100%, and the mandatory alternative providing 80% indemnity. Both solutions include a 10-calendar-day deductible for ordinary illness. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 5 November 2026. They will be evaluated on technical merit (30%), price (40%), technical assistance (25%) and corporate social responsibility (5%). Tenderers must demonstrate professional, technical and financial capacity and provide the required authorisations and documents for the insurer or intermediary.
