The contract covers project planning, scheduling and coordination services for the Louvre Grande Colonnade project, project logistics, and participation in coordinating the wider Louvre projects. The work spans both the strengthening and preservation of the monument and the construction of new museum entrances and spaces and the improvement of the surrounding area; services are required during both design and construction. The contract runs for 90 months and combines a lump-sum fee with unit-priced work ordered according to actual quantities.
