Supply of a Mini Excavator
Summary
The procurement covers the supply of a mini excavator, maintenance for the earthworks carried out by the water and fountains service at the Palace of Versailles, and the trade-in of an old mini excavator. The new machine must provide at least 1.80 m digging depth, 2.85 m digging height, 2.00 m dumping height and 1,000 kg digging force. It must have an adjustable width of 750–990 mm, a retractable undercarriage for narrow access and two travel speeds. A 7.6 kW diesel engine, three buckets, a hydraulic breaker and safety equipment are also specified. The supplier must provide annual maintenance, a warranty of at least three years or 2,000 operating hours, and take back a 2010 Kubota U 10.3 mini excavator. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 14:30. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and the technical memorandum for 30%; variants are permitted. Bidders must provide the required qualification information, and their offer must describe the machine model, delivery time, warranty, maintenance and sustainability measures.
