Supply of aggregates for Réseau31

Summary

Réseau31 is procuring bulk aggregate materials for its operating centres in nine lots. The lots cover the Grenade centre (EUR 1,000–100,000), Villemur centre (EUR 1,000–80,000), Labège centre (EUR 1,000–150,000), Plaisance-du-Touch and Frouzins centres (EUR 1,000–120,000), Mondavezan centre (EUR 1,000–50,000), Saint-Gaudens centre (EUR 1,000–120,000), Chaum centre (EUR 1,000–100,000), Maureville and Revel centres (EUR 1,000–250,000), and the Auterive branch (EUR 1,000–50,000). Amounts are exclusive of VAT. Each lot will be awarded to between one and three operators, subject to there being enough suitable bidders and tenders; no individual awardee is guaranteed a minimum order volume. The contract runs for one year and may be tacitly renewed for up to three further one-year periods, for a maximum term of four years. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Bidders may participate in up to nine lots; variants are not permitted. Bidders must provide proof of civil liability insurance, a certificate confirming compliance with tax and social security obligations, and the establishment’s Kbis company registration extract.
