Social and professional inclusion services, including a reserved contract – 2027, renewable in 2028, 2029 and 2030

Summary

The tender covers social and professional inclusion services for Le Mans Métropole, divided into three lots. Lot 1 involves serving meals prepared by the central kitchen and cleaning the dishes and associated premises; this lot is reserved. Lot 2 is an individual workshop designed to help people overcome barriers to employment and understand and process information relevant to professional inclusion. Lot 3 supports the employment inclusion and social integration of people furthest from the labour market and those in vulnerable situations. This is a framework agreement performed through individual orders. The maximum amount per year, excluding VAT, is €10,000 for Lot 1, €20,000 for Lot 2 and €20,000 for Lot 3. Lot 1 has a one-year term with two possible extensions; Lots 2 and 3 each have a one-year term with three possible extensions. Each order may take no more than one month to complete. All lots include social and environmental performance conditions detailed in the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted electronically, and a bidder may tender for up to three lots.
