Waste management services for recycling centres

Summary

The tender covers the collection, transport, treatment and recovery of waste from four recycling centres in the Dombes area, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns specified waste streams not handled operationally or financially by EcoDDS; Lot 2 covers other waste from the centres, particularly non-hazardous waste. Site guarding, reception and guidance of users, and routine maintenance are excluded. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots, but variants are not permitted. A visit to all four recycling centres is mandatory and must be arranged as specified in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation and technical and environmental value for the other 50%. The technical memorandum must follow the prescribed chapter order and numbering, and a functional organisation chart must be attached. The estimated total value is EUR 7,425,000: EUR 450,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 6,975,000 for Lot 2. The planned service period runs from 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2031, and three renewals are indicated for each lot.
