Educational and Office Supplies and School Furniture

Summary

The joint procurement by the City of Fontaine and its social welfare centre (CCAS) covers educational and office supplies, textbooks and books, games and small educational equipment, and school furniture for schools and municipal services, excluding the library. It is divided into four lots: stationery and educational supplies; textbooks and books; games and small equipment; and school furniture. The framework agreement will be carried out through purchase orders at unit prices. Each lot will be awarded separately, and bidders may submit offers for up to four lots. The estimated total value is EUR 640,000, including renewal periods. The contract is planned to start on 4 January 2027, run for 12 months and be renewable up to three times under the conditions set out in the tender documents. The award criteria are technical merit (40%), delivery time (20%) and price (40%). Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 29 October 2026.
